- Before placing a dough sprinkle basket with flour;
- cover dough with warm damp cloth;
- once dough has proofed remove dough from basket and place dough on a baking tray;
- after use wipe off with damp cloth, dry thoroughly then store in dry place.
- This basket should never be put in an oven. Handwash only.
