Client registration

Planning to come back and place more orders in the future? We recommend to register as a client on our website. This will allow you to save your billing and delivery details on your account, so that it is automatically filled in the next time you shop.

 

Prices

All prices include VAT.

We apply automatic discounts based on your order value:

  • 5% on orders above 50€,
  • 10% on orders above 100€.

 

Payment

You may choose from the following options to pay for your order:

  • by credit or debit card directly on our e-store,
  • by bank transfer,
  • in cash/by card upon collection of your order in our office or via DPD courier (only available in Lithuania).

 

Order delivery

To Lithuania

We deliver everywhere in Lithuania via a courier or via the DPD/Omniva parcel machines. Orders can be self-collected at Raudondvario 164A, Kaunas (on weekdays only, please contact before arrival by phone or e-mail).

For orders below 35 €, a shipping fee is applied:

  • 2,90 € – via a parcel machine,
  • 3,9 eur – courier delivery.

Shipping is free for orders above 35 €.

Orders are usually delivered within 2 days after the payment is received.

To Latvia/Estonia

For orders below 35 €, a shipping fee is applied:

  • 3,90 € – via a parcel machine Omniva.

Shipping is free for orders above 35 €.

Orders are usually delivered within 3-4 days after the payment is received.

Documents

Tax invoice is included in the parcel together with your order.
Products sold at Cukruota comply with EU regulations concerning food contact materials. We provide supporting documents by email upon client requests.

 

Returns

We accept returns of unused and undamaged goods, given the return is made within 14 days after the order has been received or collected. Return costs are to be paid by the client and are not refunded.

Is something wrong with your order, i.e. the goods are damaged or of unacceptable quality? We will arrange the refund or exchange the goods immediately after the receival of your faulty items. To initiate your refund or exchange request, please contact us by email.
